” We were looking on the internet for ‘images’ of the George Hotel, Edinburgh for wedding ideas and every picture I liked seemed to be by David so we got in touch. From there on in , everything was fantastic. We were living in Malaysia at the time so all contact was by email or by phone to begin with but we knew we liked him even from our chats over the phone. I flew back home to start the wedding arrangements and also to meet with David. Unfortunately when I was in Edinburgh, David was on holiday but he said that he was staying near my parents house in the Midlands so he very kindly drove there to meet me and my family. I don’t really like having my photo taken but talking with David put me at ease immediately (and my mum, who is exactly the same).
From the minute David was booked it was all plain sailing. We met up again a few times with Sinisa and then with Logan, our son when he arrived, who was to be ‘best man’ and also a musician. When we said Logan would be playing the first song of the evening with the band, after the first dance, David offered to stay later to capture that. And those images are priceless to us!
On the morning of the wedding David & Sandie just bobbed in and out of our rooms to catch us all getting ready and made us all feel so at ease. Half the time we didn’t even know he was there and this was the same throughout the entire day! We also gave him a long list of particular photos we wanted to capture as we had so many people coming from all over the world. He got them all. The pictures are absolutely amazing, we thought there would be about 100 but there was over 300! We couldn’t choose as they were all so good.
We would recommend David in a heartbeat to be your wedding photographer, he’s very talented and such a lovely person. He will make your day so easy and relaxed and he makes everyone feel so comfortable in front of the camera! p.s. I would also recommend buying the whole package when you book as you will not be able to choose between all of the photos! ”
